I purchased some products from I-Herb. The package was delivered by DAI today and left in the porch next to my entry door for all to see. It was mean't to be left in a safe place according to their delivery instructions, It could have been left behind a porch pillar making it not visible.

The customer care rep I spoke to over the phone, Lizette, was very helpful and provided excellent service. However, the delivery service really needs to up their game. There were two separate occasions I was notified that the parcel was undeliverable due to having no safe space to drop it off, however I was at home both those times and nobody rang the doorbell! This is very frustrating and not acceptable

Cheap postage which is what’s giving it the two stars , but both times that I’ve received packages from you guys they’ve been thrown at my door. I’ve had no updates when I put in my tracking number to check. Didn’t know my parcel was out for delivery as tracking doesn’t update (even now it just says it’s arrived in the destination country nothing about it being out for delivery )

Erika & Geraldine earned these two stars with their professionalism tracking and ultimately getting my packages delivered to my mailbox like they were supposed to be. After the countless fake "failed delivery attempts" and outright "delivered" lies I've endured from DAI POST. The delivery drivers have one job!!...and the drivers doing the run in my area are so utterly incompetent and dishonest that 4 out 5 times, I've had to chase down my package to the depot. They rarely deliver. I would never buy from any online merchant if I knew DAI POST was the final mile carrier. DAI POST is bad for business if you choose to ship to your customers with their absolute amateur delivery drivers.

Item arrived in good time from California USA, wrapped in pink satchel .The cardboard box with the items inside are wet cardboard box is so wet it has no support what so ever. I can’t imagine how this has happened. Wrong delivery . Left on site unattended. Just a real disappointment. Who do I go to for redress?

Very unfortunate to have a bitter experience. But thanks, to Jay Hilaria. When he takes into consideration about my parcel, it is delivered smoothly. Although , Jay delivered it via Australia Post for quick access to my parcel. Waiting for a parcel about to 1 and half months is hilarious , considering to recent days.

cannot contact them ? no phone number - first delivery thrown over the fence into the garden - second delivery they would not leave ??

I just recently ordered two packages and they were the courier. They took quite long for the first package to arrive (18 days since order), but still wasn't too bad. Then the second package, got stuck somewhere for 2 whole weeks (btw i had both both packages at the exact same time). By then, it had been a whole month since i had ordered the package, so i decided to contact them. First was email. Their cutomer service ism't bad, as they responded generally quickly, but they didn't really tell me anything. After talking over email for quite a while, i decided to call them. It was basically the same thing. It had a 10 minute wait, and the call was probably 20-30 minutes in total, and during the whole call they told me everything that i already knew. Then, a few days later, i get an email that my package was lost in transit, and that they couldn't do anything about recourse or refunds. Thankfully, the business that I ordered from did offer this, so i could get my package again. Overall, they are a real courier and not a scam, but not really far from one. I wouldn't reccomend to use this courier, but if you must, it is very doable.
