I was very impressed with the service I received with Erika from the Melbourne office of Daipost. She kept me updated regularly with my missing parcel until it was found and delivered, I would highly recommend Daipost . 10/10 for service. Kind regards, Marie

I had a failed delivery from this company. When I called to organise another delivery date, I spoke to the lovely Erika. She was so helpful, polite and thorough…just excellent customer service! I received my parcel a day or two after my phone call. I’m very happy with the level of service.

The level of personal service was impressive. They rang me back, offered assistance to a late arrival parcel and the warm smiling faces made all the difference. Thank you for helping me get my order promptly

Great service- package wasnt able to be delivered due to address issue. Vincent at DAI was really helpful in arranging me to be able to pick it up (it could have been sent to alternate address but I preferred to collect). Very much appreciated
