Hi, hank you very much for your feedback. We would like to kindly clarify that our support team will only request server login credentials when it is strictly necessary to troubleshoot an issue directly. This allows us to accurately identify and resolve the problem as efficiently as possible. Please rest assured that we fully respect your privacy and security. Our technicians will never access, modify, or interfere with any of your server data, and credentials are used solely for technical diagnostics during the support process. If you have any concerns or would prefer an alternative way to assist with troubleshooting, we are always happy to discuss and accommodate your preferences. Thank you for your trust and understanding.

I've never had issues so far. I could have easily given five star, but they don't have servers that don't have US IPs.

Advance notice for the server move was a bit short, especially since it was the holidays. Also, replies from Support team were not consistent - they told me downtime would be 1-2 hours, then we got an email the next day saying we should plan on being down 6-8 hours tomorrow....also, this is a prompted review requested after the move, not unprompted.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We sincerely apologize for the short advance notice regarding the server migration, especially during the holiday period. We understand how important adequate planning time is, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Regarding the inconsistent information about the expected downtime, we apologize for the confusion. The initial estimate was based on preliminary assessments, and subsequent checks indicated that additional time might be required to ensure data integrity and service stability. However, we acknowledge that this should have been communicated more clearly and consistently. Going forward, we will work on providing earlier notifications, more accurate downtime estimates, and clearer communication from our support team to improve the overall customer experience. Thank you again for your understanding and constructive feedback. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns.

The service is stable on dedicated servers; however, technical support via email alone is somewhat lacking. If we have a problem right now, responses usually arrive at night, sometimes more than 12 hours later. It would be great to have chat support where they could provide quick solutions in real time. Having that would be fantastic.

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the delayed response. At times, due to a high volume of support tickets and the complexity of certain issues, resolving a single case may require significant time and careful investigation, which can unfortunately affect our response speed. Please rest assured that we take this matter seriously, and we are planning to expand our support team to improve response times and overall service quality going forward.

DatabaseMart's good advantage is to offer big capacity. What is unfortunate is that, unlike other providers, additional ssh settings are required when using services such as git.

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the SSH-related issue, please feel free to discuss it in detail with our support team. Our expert support specialists will provide you with the most suitable solution.

The price-performance ratio is very good, but the reason I am giving one star less is because I use forex software that needs to be running 24/7 for 5 days. One day, I noticed that it had shut down when I connected to the VPS; the software had closed. Therefore, I suffered a loss. The VPS should not be shut down against my wishes.
