It is a pleasure working with DCL. They are friendly and professional with extensive expertise. Output is delivered accurately and timeously with consistent reporting. The DCL team are always very responsive and willing to assist.

We have used DCL for many projects over the last 5 years at Carolina Biological. They have always provided excellent service, quality and cost for us. They have worked with us to define our requirements as well as apply their expertise to ensure our deliverables were the best for our needs and customers.

DCL Harmonizer was fundamental for me to carry out a content reuse project I’ve had in mind for months. Having the DCL Harmonizer report served as a guide and made my reuse work a lot more precise. 59% of the files in scope had at least one reusable element - a lot more than I had expected. Using the tool has also made my work a lot more agile: If I were to compare the content files, my project would’ve taken at least double the time. Sending DCL the files and getting the results was a matter of days.

migrating all the documentation from MadCap Flare to Paligo with DCL was the best choice that we could do. we were pleased with - the Service we got - The price - The level of engagement in the project. - speed of the project DCL migrated thousands of documentation pages from PDFs to a web CCMS by writing a script which were dynamicly modified for our usecases.

I love this company. Several years ago, II was beside myself as I searched for a way to convert my my book pdf containing tables, figures, figure lists, index and more into a digital ebook. With all my figures and maps requiring high resolution to read labels, etc. the prices we’re astronomical for this lone self publisher. But they had an ad with IBPA, so I called and voila, much lower prices and a great outcome. Recently, I returned with another smaller job, with the same happy outcome. But as in all publishing, there will be things to clean up. A week ago I emailed in some requests for minor fixes late one day, figuring I would hear back the next day or the day after. Well an hour later a revised file was back in my inbox!!. I made three such requests and each response was like that until I was satisfied w no talk of more charges. I am so so impressed.

DCL is the absolute best at what they do! Working with Mary Jane Lopez was a pleasure. She/they wanted my project to be the best it can be and did everything to make that happen. I had a complicated ebook conversion that other companies could not figure out and these guys did it with amazing results! I can’t say enough! The most important thing for me was not only having the project looking the best and pristine it can be, but it was the customer service - it was the best you can ask for!! Between all the back and forth regarding the intricacies of the project, they worked with me with no stress whatsoever. A pleasure indeed and I cannot say enough. Many thanks to DCL and of course Jannie!

Mary Jane Lopez was at it again - giving the best and most supportive customer assistance possible. She helped me navigate a complex technical issue with my independent publisher, and stood with me until it was resolved. And, it was resolved, because Jannie had presented the correct information and guidance. Grateful for her always-there, beyond the sale, customer support.

I had problems with the file DCL supplied, but they were not DCL's fault. The software of the distributor I was uploading to rejected the file. In the end, I tried one last time, and the software accepted the exact same file. Given that experience, I learned a lot about DCL's product support. It was WONDERFUL! My questions were answered very quickly - usually within a couple of hours. DCL tested and retested the file to make sure it was up to standards. The experience was very enlightening. I recommend Data Conversion Laboratory with no reservation. I am glad I had this experience.
