I would like to THANK 'DCL Learning Series' VERY MUCH for giving junior professionals/mid-level Technical Communicators, such as myself, the opportunity to attend such informative learning sessions by Industry veterans & gurus, free of cost. I had heard a lot about Ann and Val and therefore, it was especially nice to hear them speak. I also liked listening to what Mark had to say. Overall, it was a very interesting Webinar and I learnt quite a few valuable things from it. I look forward to seeing the presentation that was shown in the Webinar, again, as I think it could serve as a valuable reference material. I would also like to thank Ann, Val, and Mark for their talks and I hope to be able to attend many more such informative webinars, in the future, if possible.
