Said it was genuine leather but in another place it said not genuine leather. Looks like cheap plastic. Very disappointed in this chair. Had it been clear I would’ve ordered the fabric one.

I purchased a 5-piece outdoor dining set that arrived in three boxes. The first box (one pair of chairs) arrived in perfect condition and looks great. However, the second box of chairs arrived with a damaged corner and missing assembly parts. Despite emailing for replacements over two weeks ago, I have not received them. The third box, containing the table, was delivered to the wrong address. I retrieved it myself, but the table was damaged: three planks were unattached, and screws were missing from the rest. I reported this to your team, but have not received any follow-up. I initially found this product on AliExpress, where I had a much smoother experience, and I wish I had ordered there instead. I hope your team can resolve these issues promptly.

I ordered a dining set that looked beautiful online, but the table arrived damaged and one of the chair screws was drilled incorrectly, making it impossible to secure properly. I reached out to customer service right away, sent photos, and got only one reply. It’s now been over a week with no updates or resolution. It’s disappointing because I truly love the design, but between the quality issues and lack of response, I can’t recommend this company. I’ve also noticed only 5-star reviews appear on their website, which doesn’t seem to reflect the real customer experience.
