I was drowning in credit card debt due to various financial issues. My agent, Mauricio was patient and informative. I don’t have any settlements on my accounts yet but I will update my comments when I do.

The agent was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He explained his services and made me understand the process. I wasn't pressured or confused about my decision. I was very happy with the outcome. I was glad I responded to the letter in the mail.

Adam explained the program to me where it was understandable as to how it works and witnesses steps to take in order to get a roll into the program. I look forward to see what the future brings as I have already enrolled into the program at this point thank you.

This is such a great experience! I went into it incredibly troubled at the thought that I failed financially. Jay was not only empathetic, but also made sure I understood that a solution is obtainable. He is easy to work with, brings humor, kindnes and understanding to my difficult situation. There is a lot of information, but it’s brought in a way that’s easy to understand. I am new to the program, and I am in the process awaiting confirmation of settlement on my accounts being accepted by creditors. So far, so good. Jay Dunagan made this a 5 star experience . He explained everything. I was so skeptical. His explanations were detailed, and his demeanor was kind, cathartic and sensitive to my worries. His communication skills are excellent and thus keeps me informed of everything. I love that he answers e-mails and texts promptly in a simple, quick and to the point manner. Jay made me feel at ease, took his time, knew what to do, answered ALL my questions. I'm truly grateful for his guidance and support. When I initially contacted Jay, I felt apprehensive and unsure of how to proceed. He quickly put me at ease with empathy. His communication style is prompt, informative, and easy to understand. Really easy to understand and the helpers were great

This was such a great experience. I went into it fearful, ashamed and incredibly troubled at the thought that I’ve failed in my finances. Joline was not only empathetic but also made sure I understood that sometimes, there simply is no getting out from under on our own. She is super easy to work with, brings some lightness to a heavy situation. The way things are set up sets me up for a positive outcome. There is a lot of information but it’s brought in a way that’s easy to understand. No more pit in my stomach.
