Fast shipping, and the decants are on point every time. This was my 3rd or 4th time ordering, but I decided to get a couple 32ml samples this time around. Everything was legit and good to go. Will definitely order from them again of course!

I'm forever a customer of DecantX, they have my heart for sure! I've gotten to try so many scents and not have buyers remorse for blind buying an expensive bottle before getting the chance to wear it on me for a few days. Their decants come in sturdy glass bottles the atomizers always work amazing I've only had one not work and they replaced it easy as pie. One of my favorite parts about them is they don't have any shipping fees. None of the spend X amount and earn free shipping, No. Free shipping no minimum spend! They have a rewards program where you can earn discounts. I could go on and on about how good of a company they are but you'll just have to try them for yourself and see!

Kristy, we might have to print this review out and hang it in the office! It genuinely means a lot to hear how much you've enjoyed exploring fragrances with us. We're especially glad you gave us the chance to replace that faulty atomizer and that everything was handled so smoothly. And yes, free shipping means free shipping! No minimums, no complicated math at checkout, just more room in the budget for another fragrance or two. Thank you for being such a wonderful supporter of DecantX and for sharing your experience with others. We're lucky to have customers like you!

Special thanks to Debbie & Michelle for their amazing help. My order had an issue and the staff was amazing! Shopping online due to my muscle disease can be difficult due to my hands being deformed. From the bottom of my heart: thank you for helping me given the challenges my disability presents. This really mattered to me and made my day.

We're incredibly fortunate to have them on our team, and I'll be sure your kind words make their way back to both of them. We're grateful you gave us the opportunity to help, and even more grateful to have you as a customer. Wishing you all the best Richard!

Everything was well packed. I received my purchases quick. If I would've known sooner about decantX, I would always choose them for sampling.

Thank you Franklyn! We wish you'd found us sooner too, but better late than never! Believe it or not, it took quite a bit of trial and error to find the right packaging, envelopes, and even tape to make sure our fragrances arrive safely and without leaks. We've come a long way, so it genuinely means a lot when someone notices those little details. We're glad everything arrived quickly and in great shape. We really appreciate your kind words and look forward to helping you discover more fragrances!

If you want to try that expensive perfume, you must buy a decant first! This is the place to do it!
Reply from DecantXOct 22, 2026
We couldn't agree more. There's nothing quite like discovering a fragrance you've been curious about without having to commit to a full bottle. We're glad you've enjoyed your experience with us, and we really appreciate you recommending DecantX to other fragrance enthusiasts. Thanks again for the support, and happy sampling!
