The customer service representative told me everything I needed to know and everything was good when I purchased this warranty. I took my car out for repair and the claims process was very easy. I called them and told them I needed to bring my car to the shop. Then they told me to bring it to the shop, then call them, and then have the shop people call Delta Auto Protect when the shop figures out what the problem is. Delta Auto Protect's customer service rep was excellent and I was happy about how he handled my situation. Having the extended warranty service contract, I don’t worry about spending a lot of money if I experience a car trouble. The quality of their service is good. You would be a fool not to patronize Delta Auto Protect.

They have great road side assistance. I was on my way home from work when my breaks went out. I called Delta with my warranty in hand, and thankfully Delta has wonderful people working for them because they helped me in a heart beat. They had to tow my car to a nearby local shop. I also got a renter to use while waiting. A few days later, I paid my deductible and drove off a happy customer.

My husband and I just love the Delta Auto Protect. When we bought our truck, we also got an extended warranty policy with Delta. When our starter went out, we called Delta and they arranged for a tow. They also got us a rental car for use while ours was under repair. I was not experiencing any problems with my car until last week when I noticed it was making a strange sound. I am glad that bought a warranty from Delta Auto Protect. I called and told them about the problem, and they sent out a tow truck. The tow truck towed my car to the nearest garage in my location to get my car repaired. While my car was in the shop getting fixed, they provided me with a rental car.
