These are set by the brands, and we follow what they tell us. If you're finding a product we sell for half the price, chances are there's a reason - the product is likely not coming from an authorized seller and may be fake or expired. We always urge customers to be wary of where they are buying their skin care products from, as many times, you get what you pay for. Thank you so much for shopping with us, Teresa! We're so sorry that you haven't received your order yet and sorry if you have been trying to reach us, but we never received your email. We emailed you on 10/21 that there would be a delay with your shipment. The product is currently out of stock with no ETA as of yet. The shipping department didn't let us know that the product came back as out of stock and we would have sent you an updated email about your product being out of stock. We're so sorry for that. We're so sorry that you had an issue with your return! We do have a return portal on our site under the returns section that you can visit to handle any returns online if you'd prefer. We do offer an option to receive a store credit if you want to try something new, and in that case we cover the shipping back to us. Again, we're sorry for any issues. Hi Clifton. We're so sorry for any confusion here. In looking at your order, it looks like you ordered one three pack of Auriderm. From our notes, it looks like this is what we sent you. The product doesn't come in packs of 5! Someone from our team will give you a call to help clear this up.

Cindy, we're so sorry that the product isn't working out for you. We can assure you that the product isn't expired and we receive this product from Baby Foot on a weekly bases. Depending on the build up on your feet, you may need to do several applications and you have to soak your feet on a daily bases to activate the peeling process. We sent you an email letting you know to send us pictures of the product and lot number and we can issue you a refund.
