It has been over a month and a half and still have not received my order. I planned on doing this for a Christmas present, needless to say I had to order one from a different company so i can have it done in time. I contacted customer service and was told that i can track it by the tracking number. I have tried their tracking link and the UPS tracking link and all I get is that it left china. Look at other review sites other than their own, they only post 4-5 star reviews
