Jacob was wonderful!
Jacob was wonderfully patient, respectful, and gracious. He helped me update my credit card and stayed with me through the process. He handled my own impatience (and "need" to get to the airport ASAP) with finesse. Jacob has a nice, patient, reassuring "way" about him. I hope that I get him next time I call! Thank you! But I am quite sure that it was Jacob with whom I was dealing – not James!!!
