DigitEMB is an embroidery digitizing and vector art service founded in 2006 and serving customers in the United States, Canada and Australia. We turn logos and artwork into machine-ready embroidery files (DST, PES, JEF, EXP and 20 other formats) for Tajima, Barudan, Melco, SWF, Happy, ZSK and Toyota machines, and for home machines through PES and JEF. Every design is digitized by hand — stitch type, direction, density, underlay and pull compensation are set for the fabric it will run on, never auto-converted — and a sew-out preview is sent for approval before the file is delivered.Pricing is a flat rate by design size, from $15 for a left-chest logo, with free minor revisions. We also convert JPG and PNG artwork to vector (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) from $10 per file, and produce custom embroidered, woven, PVC, chenille and leather patches from 10 pieces, plus custom die-cut stickers and labels. Customers include embroidery shops, screen printers, uniform suppliers, promotional product distributors, sports teams, scout troops and motorcycle clubs.
