The solar system is being capped 1.84 kwh below what the system was promised as a max output. I have not been able to get answers to my questions and the sales person will not return my calls.

Hi David, we are so sorry to hear about your experience with Dividend and would like to discuss offline to make sure this is resolved. We will be reaching out to you momentarily. Thank you.
Susan
The website was extremely confusing. I had to log in three times before finally getting to my "make a payment" screen. Then I would get three different amounts that I owed. It was horribly confusing. Customer Service always apologized and said they were working on it, but I finally moved my loan to another loan company. The customer service reps were very nice, but I just got tired trying to constantly figure things out.

Hi Susan, we understand how frustrating this must have been not being able to log into your portal and want to say that we are very sorry. Despite your experience with the portal, we hope that you had an overall positive experience going solar and are enjoying your system. We hope that you may reconsider Dividend in the future. Thank you.
