SCAM. SCAM. TOTAL SCAM. BEWARE! Purchased a dog bed in March. Never received item. Emails to customer service bounce back. Do not order from them.

No match for my 24 lb dog

J'ai demandé l'annulation et le remboursement de ma commande le lendemain de l'achat. Je n'ai reçu aucune confirmation de commande, rien du tout. J'ai envoyé plusieurs messages au vendeur qui me répondait soit "in process" soit "ok". Ce sont des voleurs, des escrocs à fuir absolument ! Aucune possibilité d'annuler le paiement via PayPal.

Ordered dog bed in March 2020. Took my money. Never received dog bed. Sent several emails. No response. Beware.

Lesson learned the hard way😭 Is there any way to get my $ back. Emails get returned😕

My Doberman has been itching and biting at himself for months. I changed his food, tried adding coconut oil to his food. His vet even put him on apoquil which didn’t help, so I thought I would try this. Unfortunately it did not help and he seems to be scratching more. I just want some relief for him.

About six months ago I ordered a Hot Dog bed for my Golden Retriever, Buster. I am sorry everyone for ignoring you comments saying Dog Lab is a scam. :( Never received the dog bed and refund was not available. Just a waste of time AND money.

Total scam. Don't expect to ever get order or money back
