Hi, I was so excited to give the personalized dog Jammie pants to my dad as a gift. Super disappointed! I ordered on 11/2/24 and am still waiting (12/8/24)! My credit card has been charged $57. I have contacted the company several times and have heard nothing! I ordered a different but similar product from Petsies and am thrilled with how great it looks and by how quickly it arrived.

Not sure how this company received so many good reviews. When I open my package I laughed because I thought I was getting pranked. The image was so terrible and looked nothing like my dog. I reached back out to the company. They responding apologizing and stated they would send me new ones. I gave them about a month but they ended up ghosting me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could choose no stars I would. I ordered my socks 04 September. I've sent countless emails, attempted the chat with no response. No tracking information is given but they sure took my money. I can't dispute the charge with my bank. This site feels more like a scam. I'm quite beyond pisssed at this point.

Horrible company!!!! Never received my order or my money back. Tried to contact them several times. After a few months, they responded & said I would be contacted. Never heard from them again. Order #6698 placed 12/6/2023. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

ordered socks and paid extra for 3-4 day shipping, its been over a week and they haven't even started the process to ship my socks. Lying company and a scam in general do not buy from them.

I ordered socks from this company on 2/4/2024. I received an email stating my order was being processed and I would be notified when shipped. Never received any additional correspondence. I reached out to the company repeatedly over the next month and nothing. This morning at 3am (3/24/2024) I received an email stating “Hi, As I can see your order was delivered already. Is there anything else I can help you with?” No sign-off, no other information.. nothing. I will be going through my bank to cancel and report as a scam. Do not order from this company.

If you scroll down you will see I posted another review earlier this year. The company responded to me on this site apologizing and asked me to email them directly to get me the products I ordered. I emailed them that day and they never responded. I have still never heard back from them. They promised me a refund and also never did that. I had to contact my bank to report a scam to get a refund. Whoever "Melissa" is a dogasocks clearly is not "determined to address it" as she says. I am very skeptical of the five star reviews that have been left this past month - seems like they are fake. Do not order from this company it is seriously just a scam.
