Penny was very helpful with prompt responses to my questions. My reservation for not rating 5-stars is that I could have used a diagram/picture of how to install the spring installation jacks. Also, the $8 shipping for $1 part was outrageous. Should have been put in an envelope with a stamp.

I don't like I can't set the level for the dogs. I have a two collar remote and the dogs take different levels so I have to change it constantly.

I've had my dogtra collar for several years and I love it! Long battery life, comfort and ease to put on and take off. A little pricey at first but well worth it in the long run !
