I’ve been really impressed with Dripify so far. The platform is easy to use, the automation flows work smoothly, and it’s made my LinkedIn outreach way more efficient. What really stands out, though, is their support team, they’re fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful every time I need something. Highly recommended!

I just want to give a shout out the whole team, specifically Stacy, for responding with insane quickness providing me with as detailed of instructions as one could give... I am not sure if Stacy is even a real person(she speaks in chatGPT, so the verdict is still out) But regardless, I have been in contact with dozens of various SaaS companies and platforms while searching for the perfect tech stacks for our small growing company.. And I can say without question, the level of timely and descriptive responses received in the last day from your team has been S tier. It is always nice to know customer service is still achievable in the age of AI. So whether or not I was giving compliments to your chat bot, or if Stacy is a real person who just has elite levels of customer service, kudos to your team. Hoping for continued success for you all!

Hey Alexander, Thank you so much for sharing this – your message genuinely made our day. It means a lot to hear that our team’s responsiveness and clarity stood out, especially as you’ve been exploring so many tools and platforms for your company at this time. Stacy will be thrilled to know her support made such an impression, whether or not she seemed just a bit too fast and precise at times! And yes, I can confirm that all of our agents are real humans :) We’re grateful to have you with us. If there’s ever anything you need as you continue building your workflows, we’re always here and ready to help. Sincerely, Andrew Gan, Lead Communication Manager @Dripify
