After much research, we made a decision to retain Driving School Software in July, 2013. This required a complete change in our record keeping from all paper to maintaining electronic records. The staff at DSS were and continue to be extremely helpful in guiding this process. We now operate much more efficiently with less staff in the office. Based upon the scheduling features and reports available to us with DSS, we were able to determine that a long-term, trusted instructor had been falsifying payroll records, resulting in the loss to the company of thousands of dollars. The DSS records form the basis of proof required by the District Attorneys office to obtain felony indictments. In closing, the staff at DSS takes immediate action whenever we have a suggestion that requires additional features to the software based upon our needs. From time to time, we evaluate and compare the DSS software with other software on the market, but DSS has the superior product. I have grown to appreciate the staff and ownership of DSS. I will be honest, I have been a hard customer to work with, but through it all DSS has remain very professional and patient with me.
