Thank you for taking the time to share this in such detail. We're glad the concept of Dutch appealed to you, and we're sorry the experience didn't fully live up to that. The mix-up with your puppy's prescription in particular sounds frustrating, waiting several days only to receive medication meant for an older dog means even more time before he's properly protected, and that's not the experience we want for you or him. We've reached out here to get a bit more information so we can look into what happened. On scheduling, appointments are set up per pet since each visit is about 10 minutes, enough time to properly go over that pet's individual needs, though we understand that can feel like a lot when you're managing care for multiple animals at once. We appreciate you laying all of this out, it helps us see where things can improve.

Thank you for the feedback, and we're glad the vet care itself has been prompt and efficient. On the autoship issue: each time it didn't process, it was because the prescription was out of refills at that point. Our customer service team did respond each time you reached out with an update, though we don't show a reply back from you after those responses. We're sorry the back-and-forth made this harder than it needed to be, and we're glad you were able to get things moving through Chewy in the meantime.

Appointment availability is based on your area and the vets currently available, so same day appointments may not always be accessible if slots are fully booked. We also want to highlight that our service extends well beyond same day appointments, your membership includes unlimited appointments throughout the year so your pet always has access to care whenever they need it.
