Dutch is convenient but I don’t know why the vet that I saw before isn’t available.

Convenience, affordable, professional and less stressful on my dog because he wasn't subjected to loading and travel. This is a game changer and so valuable to have with the exception of not being able to get your pets medicine right away which is the drawback. The wait for receiving the treatment plan once you have completed the visit needs to definitely be improved upon.

The vet was amazing! My only complaint is, I expected a quicker appt and realized only after I signed up that it was going to take about 5 days to see the vet. There was a weekend involved but I expected to get an appt bedore the weekend as they advertise quick appts. I hope that gets better in the future.

Very helpful to have a trained and licensed vet available, especially over weekends and nowadays when it is difficult to get into your vet. Unfortunately, when prescriptions are needed it takes quite some time to get them through Dutch, which i find inconvenient.
