I have purchased from eBags probably a half dozen times. I had two customer service issues based on mistakes from my end (one time made a duplicate order, one time changed my mind regarding color). eBags fixed both issues with ease. All eBags products are made very well and very functional. I have over 10 eBags ranging from luggage tags, packaging cubes, backpacks, totes and messenger bags. I can tell you that I really like all the products I have so far. I'm sure I'm going to purchase a few more in the future.

I haven't used the bags yet but they appear to be excellent quality. I would have preferred to buy a variety pack of colors in a set but they don't offer that so that was a bummer.
