I paid eBook Writing Pro Services for two separate publishing services. After the agreed services were not delivered, I opened disputes with my bank. A company representative who identified himself as Keith Fletcher then convinced me to withdraw both disputes by assuring me in writing that the company would refund me directly. I relied on that promise and withdrew my bank claims. They never refunded me and blocked me on everything including email. I was SHOCKED! After repeatedly attempting to obtain the promised refund, my communications went unanswered, and I subsequently received notification indicating that my email had been blocked. I kept my invoices, payment records, emails, texts, written refund promises, bank documentation, and communications supporting everything stated here but unfortunately since the payments were done via zelle I am having issues getting a refund through my bank since zelle is a 3rd party which I can imagine is the reason this company only takes payments via Zelle. This is not simply dissatisfaction with a service. I paid for services that were not delivered as agreed, withdrew my bank disputes based on their written assurances, and I am still waiting for money they explicitly promised to return. They could have simply chosen to do the right thing, but they didn't. Based on my experience, I strongly caution others against doing business with eBook Writing Pro Services.
