I have been using the software "Feedback Five" for almost 2 years now, and I am totally satisfied with it. They always come up with innovative ideas and designs and quite friendly to approach. I would say wonderful customer service and an awesome customer-centric platform.

eCom Engine approached me to offer me a specially designed template. They are constantly looking to come up with great ideas to better serve their customers! The service was great! They kept redesigning my template until I thought it was just perfectly suited to my needs! All with a smile! They answered their emails promptly and courteously too :) It was a please working with them!

Very quick and conversational process to put together a nice review request template with just the right amount of brand voice. Franz was very helpful in providing suggestions, different layouts to choose from, and tailoring to our business!

Platform is easy to navigate. Simple yet effective email campaign development & execution. Wonderful customer support. Couldn't be happier. Elena helped me with a question I had and was able to resolve my dilemma within minutes. :-)

Great service and great Job

I have been using Feedback Five software since a long time now and i can say it with guarantee that the software is the best for sending feedback mails to amazon buyers. It gives us many options to customize and create custom templates. The best part is it saves us lot of time and gives the direct link to product review and seller feedback to buyer. Rest the luck depends whether the customer open the mail or drop a review or not :P
