The company is great. Great prices and discounted subscription offers. I had to order a little early and I thought it would move my subscription up but instead I received 2, which is ok with me because this is a product that I consider a necessity and a lot of stores stopped carrying it. Thank you for keeping the products we need in stock.

This is a revised review. Initially, I placed my order on 12/17/2025 and paid extra for expedited delivery (2-4 days) so I could get it before Christmas and then got a notice that it won't be delivered till December 30th. I was extremely disappointed because this was supposed to be a Christmas present. The customer service department got back to me immediately and offered a sincere apology for the confusion and refunded the expedited shipping charge and offered a $25 credit. I was extremely impressed with their responsiveness and their attempt to make this right.
