I'm loving Ecwid - been using the Business package as my ecommerce platform for 4 years now and I couldn't be happier. Such good value for money and I can do all the store setup and maintenance myself. No need for an expensive consultant.

Everything works perfectly, even had some very useful features that other well-known platforms do not offer. Has a very simple & intuitive dashboard. The site also did not crash when a huge surge of volume came through. Also very easy to setup, and friendly for beginners.

I have been running my online store using Ecwid for just over two years now and I am still in awe of the exceptional, top-notch quality of their services, especially their customer support. Every time I've contacted Ecwid's support team, I've been greeted with kindness, patience, and professionalism. Their assistance tends to exceed mere problem-solving. Instead, it feels like they endeavour to uplift the overall experience of their clients - a performance that truly reinforces their commitment to customer satisfaction. From setup questions to technical glitches, Ecwid's support team was always there to guide me through it. They've not only provided immediate resolutions but have also equipped me with useful preventive tips for similar issues in the future. What's commendable is that with each interaction, their support seemed to outshine the already high standard they set during the previous encounter. However, Ecwid is not just about superlative support. The platform itself is easy to navigate, enabling efficient management of my e-commerce store. They've essentially reduced the technical jargon into easy-to-understand language, clearing the path for my business to thrive online. In a nutshell, my experience with Ecwid by Lightspeed has been nothing short of exceptional. They have a stellar product complemented by sterling customer service. I wholeheartedly recommend Ecwid to anyone looking to make their mark in the e-commerce world. Every great company is built on customer service, and in my book, Ecwid deserves the highest accolades for their relentless dedication to their customers.

I love using Ecwid! Only challenge is how to make bulk sale for more than one item, but great tools, easy shipping integrations (I’m in Canada), and fair costs. Great app, easy to use. Makes everything easier! 🙌

I wholeheartedly recommend ECWID. I've been using ECWID for several years now for students to pay for their acting classes. It's very easy and straightforward to manage. The android app is handy too to see sales and check instantly if a student has paid their fees.
