We had a recent meal...
We had a recent meal at this restaurant. I asked for Vegan options, was told to select the vegetable platter which was 4 sides....ended up with a plate of asparagus and green beans. Questioned this ‘vegan’ meal and manager even agreed that the menu was ambiguous and confusing! To compensate was offered a green salad...requested without dressing but it came with and had to be changed again. On the whole service was sloppy and we didn’t feel like leaving a gratuity upon leaving. However we discovered a few days later that a $15 tip had been added onto the bill. Not happy Einstein’s!
