slight delay from manufacture, but EIO kept me informed and was shipped when they received from the manufacture.. Great company and will do business again should I need any of their products

They had the item I wanted and were even able to change the delivery location when we realized the time it would take. The item arrived as promised and even though the USPS tracking information is confusing and not always accurate, the item arrived on time!! The EIO customer service was top notch!
