Elevate StylesReviews of elevatestyles.com

When I first ordered this item I thought it came with 2 clips and it was deceiving by the ad cause it showed a model with 2 clips in her hair and the description of the item said "Clips" not just "Clip" I ordered 1 thinking it was going to be a pair and it got here really quick within 3-4 days. When I noticed that it was just 1, I ordered another one and it didn't get to me on time for what I needed for and the shipping for the second one took longer a whole week. I know they are just $1 but I paid $10.99 twice for shipping so really they were $12 each and there was no other option of shipping unless I spent $70 for free shipping.

I was expecting my order and when I did not receive it after a week I was concerned. I checked my email, but there was no order cancellation from Elevate Styles. I called and did not get a reply. So, I checked my account on the site and found out my order was cancelled. I left a message wanting to know why. Then I received an email that said the item was out of stock. I have been a customer for years and was extremely disappointed by the lack of service.

Box arrived damaged. Content from bottles purchased exploded in box. I paid for the extra insurance but the vendor has been non responsive. I reached out to the vendor 3x and still no reply. I will have to file a dispute with my credit card.

Everyone should be careful in signing up for this product. First reason, if you do not want to be charge every 4 weeks for this product DO NOT SIGN UP! I signed up to purchase ONE TIME ONLY. To try it out first. I order 2 bags on May 1, 2023, with shipping it cost me $102.00. One for me and my husband. I received them on May 15, 2023. I was charged $52.94 again on May 29, 2023. I am having trouble receiving my refund on this order that I have not received yet. It maybe the middle of June before I receive the actual order. However, Steve Harvey got his money. I have no product and don't want it. My husband and I haven't seen any change by taking this product. I have written Levate You several times. They have responded; however, they are still shipping the product, after I requested a cancellation. Be Ware of Celebrities games and cons. I am disappointed in Steve Harvey. I will not feel the same way about him again. This product is fake and a money maker for Steve Harvey. I know he doesn't need extra money that bad, to shift bad products like this to his people. I really thought he cared about about people in general. I see he just like the others: ABOUT THE MONEY! even when he doesn't really need it.

Item missing from order. There is no one available to answer phone or chat. There is a voice-mail that states they are busy helping other customers. Gives no option to hold or leave message. No one answers chat or email. I would like my item sent with no additional charges or refunded. The item is already paid for.

I originally placed my order on April 17th. They failed to send me the correct package and then asked me to ship the package back to them. This was a great inconvenience for me, knowing my order would not arrive on time anymore. I sent the wrong package back and even sent them the shipping details and tracking number of that package. I've been honest and done my part. I agreed for them to reship my order May 3rd. Today is May 30th and the second shipment still hasn't arrived. They never sent me the new order and tracking number of the second shipment. I paid 79€ plus 10€ for shipping as I live in Germany. I have tried to email them respectfully but they remain vague and never send any updates or information. How upsetting. This is theft. I'm asking for a refund. I'm sure we can gracefully solve this problem without involving PayPal Buyer Protection (i'm still eligible for it, it hasn't been 180 days since I placed my order.) ORDER NO. 440011
