Terrible customer care! I am a loyal client, spent thousands and only shop on elevate... They have the best styles, great prices and finally free Canadian shipping... But, I've had some issues and I've reached out multiple times and have been treated badly/unprofessional AND my issues weren't resolved. I am so disappointed... They went from 5+ stars to 0 in my eyes.

It's been a week I've received no update on my order. It has not shipped, according to the website's records.

Waited a week to tell me my order had been cancelled after already taking my money. Usually reliable so i'm unsure what happened.

This wig was supposed to be human hair mix! It was very tangled and feels like Barbie doll hair! I can’t even wear it! 😡
