I needed to pay extra tax, by the checkout and on the delivery on my house. For that price I could pay Brazilian hair ! I will never come back.

Hello, Yes sometimes customs will assess import taxes on your order. Sorry we have no say in the matter. You can request more information from your customs office. Thank you!
Brandi
The order says it ships First Class and that is 2 to 3 business days and it has been over 8 days and I still have not received my order. As far as what the hair is like..I wouldn't know because I still have yet to receive it.

I am very disappointed from this website or the seller. I've been trying to get a hold of someone I could speak to but I'm unable until today. My order supposed to be delivered on Monday but I never got it. And I got notifications say my order has been delivered on the 16th of November. I am not happy. I lost my my $84.99 For scam.

The wig was not at all what I wanted, didn’t want to go through the hassle of a refund even though I would have liked one.

I purchased this hair in August and love it based off a YouTube review. This time around the hair was completed different. It was a thicker more coarse texture. I had it installed and hated it and cut it out that same day. I basically wasted my money but the hair was not the same. Will not purchase again.

Hello Stephanie, We see that you ordered the Janet Collection Nala Tress Crochet Braids Maverick Locs 18" - Colors : 1B Off Black SKU: 10146966. Sorry you didn't like the texture. It is possible that the manufacturer produces the same SKU with slight variance at times. Thanks for the feedback!
