Not worth the time or money.
The item itself had a ton of manufacturing flaws. When I contacted support about ways to fix these in post, I was told I couldn't and then belittled. As a trans person I am looking for quality items that help avoid dysphoria. I am instead stuck with an overpriced piece of waste that not only looks horrible, but feels horrible as well. The quality of the product is the quality of their customer service: awful.

Dear Ave , Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I'm truly sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations and that your interaction with our customer service left you feeling belittled. As a company dedicated to supporting the trans community, this is far from the experience we aim to provide. Our goal is to create products that help alleviate dysphoria, not add to it. While each item is handmade by our professional artists, we understand that flaws can sometimes occur. Your feedback is crucial, and I apologize that we couldn't provide a solution that worked for you at the time. We take your comments seriously and will use them to improve both our products and the way we support our customers. Please reach out to us directly if there's anything more we can do to address this situation or assist you in any way. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond, and I hope we can make things right. Best regards, Grethe
