For most people, this is not such a high amount, and generally find using higher doses work better for them. Hi Carol, I'm sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your products. The way CBD works for you is as individual as you yourself are. This is why we cannot suggest what will and won't work for you, but make suggestions based on what others have found work for them. Many of our customers have found this product and especially the raw range to provide them with adequate to fantastic pain relief, among other benefits, but this is not to say that these results are guaranteed for everyone. It also is dependant on how you have been taking your CBD, and at what dosages which can make a big difference to the effects you feel. Hi Tony, Please rest assured that we have taken your feedback into account and are very serious about our customers who take the time to leave us with feedback as you have. We are open about our bottle sizes and have them on our product pages, however there are actually far more than 100 drops. On our product page you will see that total drops = 300, so when we received your feedback, we were surprised. So we did a test and counted 298 drops in the 10ml bottle. When it comes to carrier oil, we prefer to provide our customers with a far more concentrated solution, so that you don't have to ingest more carrier oil for the same mg of CBD. So rather than take a full pipette of oil, you only have to use a few drops, for the same effects. We know that everyone has their own unique needs when it comes to CBD, and understand that what works for some, may not work for others. In any case, it is fantastic to know that our CBD has been efficacious and that you have felt the benefits of your Endoca product and hope that above all you get the most out of your CBD products, wherever they may be from.
