Product is good and of quality although they remind me a little bit of other companies that have the lead within there market and know it! Thus the price remains very high (in other words my curiosity with there product has been answered although at there prices I doubt if I shall repeat my business with them) I emailed a simple question of rough delivery times and had nothing but automated answers, first a tracking number relating to DHL outside of the UK then a notification about it being handed over to Parcel force once that happened no tracking information whatsoever so poor customer service and high prices. Since this review was written, communication in the form of good customer service has appeared! I have upgraded this to 4 stars now. I guess this makes me well aware that trust pilot really helps keeps a good understanding and help clarify where issues may really reside on the internet and orders for products. Endoca do still seem to mean what they seem when it comes to quality and a genuine experience of CBD oil from my experience so far.

We use the cleanest, and in turn the most expensive extraction method. After new years we also reduced our prices, and we want to make CBD affordable for everyone, sadly, it's a lengthy process and things are not developing as fast as we would like them to. Our customer service is not automated, every letter is handled by our dedicated team. And the tracking number provides full details about the status and location of your package. We understand for some, these prices may be expensive, but the quality of the products, we believe is second to none. Your CBD oil bottles could be bigger but not higher in price.

Hey Cheryl We are always trying to make our products more affordable for our customers, and we understand that perhaps for some the size of our bottles my be smaller than they would like, however by using 10ml bottles, it is easy for people to work out the cannabinoid percentages, and allows for easy travel if you want to bring your products with you. It also makes them far more discreet :) However your suggestion has not fallen on deaf ears, so thank you for taking the time to leave your review and suggestions! Endoca team

The product was great. However, based on my online browsing I was expecting the internal packaging to appear more like mainstream chewing gum lines, more "legit" if you will, with the plastic and foil packaging that you can "pop" the product out of, and therefore easier to offer in public. I understand that your brand is going for a completely biodegradable product, and that is alright with me, I respect and admire that.

Hey Montana, As our extracts are made only from pure hemp, with nothing else added, our products will always have an natural, earthy taste. We conserve all the flavonoids and terpenes that occur within the natural plant, especially with our RAW as it is unheated and therefore no compounds are destroyed, meaning it can have quiet a strong taste. Perhaps next time you could try our capsules? If they bring you the same relief, this is possibly a good way for you to by pass the taste, if its an issue for you :) In any case, great to hear that you feel it bought you the relief you were looking for!
