I bought a new SL7 in January of 2026. A short tine after riding the bike both wheels had problems with the spokes breaking and needing repair by my LBS. When i email EpicCycles, they told me to submit a claim with specialized USA. The shifting on the bike was terrible to begin with. I had to adjust the front and rear derailers to make the bike shift smoothly without the chain rubbing. After changing the stem my LBS had to instal new shift and brake cable because they were too short. EpicCycles adds $100 to the bill for building and packing to ship. I believe these mechanical issues were caused by a careless mechanic who assembled the bike. I would rather they didn't assemble it and didnt charge me $100 for bad work

I think this company intentionally tries to mislead customers, and horrific after sales service. Would not recommend to anyone.

Terrible Service, Worse Assembly I had a really bad experience with this company. The assembly service was subpar, and the post-sales support was even worse. After paying for a $5k bicycle, I discovered it was missing critical parts. To prove this, they forced me to hire a professional technician. After countless emails and wasting my time and money, they finally sent the missing parts. However, they never offered a refund or any form of compensation for the hassle. It's clear they don't prioritize their customers once the sale is complete. I would not recommend them.
