eSIM didn’t work in Turkey; support email unresponsive
I purchased an eSIM for Turkey, which activated but didn’t provide data services. I emailed their support, but got no response. I do not recommend their services, and will apply for chargeback. Not answering support emails is extremely bad practice.

After activation, a data connection issue can have different causes, including the phone’s settings, network configuration, or device model, which is why our support team was ready to troubleshoot the issue with you and determine the cause. We did respond to your support request, but unfortunately, before we had the opportunity to continue troubleshooting, we saw that the eSIM had already been deleted from the device. We therefore could not check the connection or determine what was causing the issue. Regarding the chargeback, we were surprised to see this mentioned without first requesting a refund or giving us the opportunity to investigate the situation further. The eSIM had already been delivered, installed, and activated, and our support team was available to assist. We remain happy to review the case and assist you if you contact us again with your order details. Best regards, eSIM Agora Support

I recommend
I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but everything worked perfectly. Buying and setting up the eSIM was really easy, and I was connected in just a few minutes. I used it during my trip and had a stable connection the whole time without any issues. The price was fair, and I honestly have nothing to complain about. I'd definitely use eSIM Agora again.
