Essence is a health care company focused on optimization of health & longevity through excellent nutrition, fitness, and lab testing & treatment for health conditions. We are owned & operated by a Nurse Practitioner, in collaboration with a Physician who specializes in Regenerative Medicine. Specialties include hormone therapy and weight management / weight loss. We focus on lifestyle changes to improve or eliminate chronic conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol, and obesity. Our provider is also a certified fitness trainer, which helps in the individualization of exercise plans to improve metabolic health and bone density. She is dual certified as a Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse Midwife. Although we specialize in Women's Health, this does not mean we can only help women! In fact, we are trained and certified to help men and women in: fitness, nutrition, and reproductive / sexual health care needs. Weight management and hormone optimization are what we do best. We offer both in-person visits and telehealth throughout the state of Michigan (and Wyoming)! We use a virtual portal for continuous support (as much as you need) including daily emails, custom nutrition plans, food tracker with barcode scanner, meal plans, grocery lists, and body composition analysis to track your progress and make sure you are maintaining your lean body mass (muscle tone, bone density, hydration), especially during weight loss! Online booking is quick & easy, and initial consultations are always free.
