Ethel M ChocolatesReviews of ethelm.com

I will preface this review that I was semi-held hostage by my paramore. This was WHERE she wanted to go so far be it from me to deny her.Having said that the experience from the start was lackluster, This is supposed to be their champion store, it was very underwhelming. Of course I paid for the chocolate tasting and wine pairing for my wife, but my gaze immediately was attracted to their toffee/caramel tabel off the immediate lobey. I'm a big fan of sees and thought this would be part of their pitch, but to my disappointment 99% of their "overpriced" in store chocolate store was all nothing but chocolate. At least sees throws in a nut and chew combo, ho hum highly uninspired. After a disappointing purchase from, their purviews we went to open the door to our "chocolate tasting experience" I was rather excited seeing as I spent $50 a piece for this opportunity. Little did I know I was going to be greeted by a 4 foot ginger head gremlin who immediately barked instructions at me "DONT TOUCH THAT DOOR! i'LL CALL YOU WHEN i'M READY FOR YOU!" not even "please wait" or any type of general courtesy. Mind you I'm paying $50 for 5 pieces of chocolate and this gremlin's company for the next hour......If it wasn't for the cost lost fallacy and my girls original request I would have left right then, I don't get talked to like that, I actually pay extras not to. I chalked it up to her having a bad day and proceeded to my designated "spot" on ce the doors where opened to us. This is where things took a turn for the worst, I really should have just abided by my gut opinion and left. This undeferrable zenial took the next 45 minutes to lecture us and verbally abuse us over 5 pieces of chocolate to an extent where I may not eat chocolate again. It was the most obnoxious display of bs I"ve ever seen. I've been to NAPA and wine tasting or whatever they were trying to accomplish here, they did not hit the mark, Where I come from whoever pays, says and this little girl deterred me and my wife from spending way more money there. Not to mention the "m" in Ethel M is Mars...same shit you can get off the shelf. That would have been a nice disclaimer off your website. If I wanted to eat a dressed up Milky Way and get repeatedly kicked in the nuts by an abusive Ginger Host over 5 pieces of chocolate that cost me $100 pretty sure theirs a club for that. This is Vegas after all! Add more toffee options to your guest shop and maybe add that to your tour....the tables are right freaking their, Fire your tour host, she's the worst...literally abusive to guests! I will never be back and we won't recommend you to any of our friends coming into town looking for things to do. Nice cactus garden though

Me and my wife tried Pecan and Sea Salt Caramels. So delicious. We cant stop eating. Although i am not a guy who eats a lot of chocolate, But this was sooooo good.

Allow me to rave about Ethel M chocolates. They are incredible! High end chocolate of the best quality. My family enjoyed them so much when we discovered them in Las Vegas that now I've ordered them by mail. A huge advantage: Ethel M lets you choose your pieces, so you can select a big box of favorites and your aren't stuck with a box of pre-selected chocolates containing some you don't want. The caramels and prickly pear are stellar. Give Ethel M a try. You won't be sorry.
