Since the year 2000, we’ve enjoyed the opportunity to help thousands of Americans achieve the dream of homeownership and financial peace of mind through our fast and simple loan process. We chose to go into business to help people by educating them through one of life’s most challenging processes and saving them REAL money. In a day and age where buying or refinancing a home have become increasingly impersonal, we choose to bring a personal touch back to the industry by building a team that prioritizes the client experience. At Evolve Home Loans, we will continue to focus on helping others with our core values in all that we do, it’s what got us AND keeps us passionate about the mortgage business.
Evolve Home Loans (evolvehomeloans.com) has 413 customer reviews on Folks Told, with an average rating of 4.9 out of 5.

Jason DuPont and his team were a breeze to work with, our qualification and mortgage process went smoothly and quickly, we closed in less than a month and on time. I have recommended him and AZ Home Loans to my co-workers and relatives, and I would also do another loan with them.

We loved the simplicity of the process. The process is the most stressful part of a mortgage, so thank you for streamlining.

Everyone at AZ Home Loans was super helpful and so kind. This was our first time buying a house, and we had so many questions about everything. We would even forget to ask something and have to call back over and over. Each time they were so gracious and understanding; they never made me fell like I was a burden, and answered my questions quickly and with kindness. It’s been one of the best experiences we’ve ever had, working with AZ Home Loans.

We worked with Crystal Marx, loan officer from AZ Home Loans. Crystal made sure that we understood the process of refinancing our home, what to expect, and provided exceptional customer service throughout the whole process.
