Refinancing through AZ Home Loans was an even better experience than I had hoped for. They did exactly what they promised and more - eliminated PMI, lowered my monthly payment, no increase to my mortgage principle, kept the same number of years remaining as my existing mortgage was AND no cost to me - I didn't believe they could do it but they did! The service is excellent also. Jason and Theresa explained the process clearly, replied to my emails quickly, and answered all my questions. After my initial phone call, the rest was done online, closing was a breeze and very convenient. This is my 8th home (with a couple of other refinances also) and I wouldn't consider using any other company than AZ Home Loans for my future mortgage and/or refinance needs. Don't hesitate to give them a call, it won't cost anything to find out what they can offer you. I am so glad I did!

This mortgage company made it so easy for me. They structured it where I got the best and I didn’t have to chase down a lot of information, or tell stories how some of my monies were received or spent. I will definitely use them again and refer everyone that needs a mortgage company to them.
