Aine and Noreen at Exceptional Villas were fantastic to work with. They were extremely responsive and informative, and able to manage many details of our trip. We could not have been happier with our accommodations.

The support from Julie since initial enquiry through until departure has been outstanding, and has definitely made the lead up and planning of our holidays hassle free . We have always had a prompt and thorough response to any queries, questions, bookings etc. It's our first holiday with both children and Julie's assistance has been priceless. We look forward to meeting Julie when we arrive and/or during our stay.

Spent a week in this beautiful home a week before Christmas, 2016. Could not have been more pleased with everything about it, but especially the staff who were unusually pleasant, efficient and accommodating to our group of six. Would also like to compliment the Staff of Exceptional Villas, who handled all booking and pre-arrival arrangements efficiently and personably.

Emma and Noreen were amazing to work with! They found us the most exceptional villa in Jamaica and made the whole process very personal and easy. It isn't easy planning a trip for 13 girls but they listened to all our preferences and made sure everyone was happy! I am already looking into booking another villa :)
