I have been using Exercise.com for several years now. I love that they keep making updates and improvement to the system. When I started out they did not have a booking system, it was just for training clients and making programs. I was using from my on demand Pilates classes and PT clients. Now I primary use it for booking my clients.

The app has a ton of great features that are incredibly powerful for delivering a premium service to members. Layne has always been very prompt and kind in answering my many questions. There are some aspects of the app that can be frustrating and require work-arounds that could be cleaned up. For example, the need for members to select a workout and then backout of it in order to refresh it if changes were made. Additionally, I would like to have the ability to program workouts from a phone, rather than on a computer. The ability to program from a mobile device would be a game changer. Overall, this software is super useful, and I am very pleased with the product.

However, setting up the app has taken longer than anticipated, which could benefit from some streamlining to match the efficiency of the training sessions.
