Updated 7.18.24 After reading my review, Exotic Snacks reached out to me to resolve the issue. They, in turn, gave me a FULL REFUND and apologized for any inconvenience. I greatly appreciate their excellent and speedy customer service. Although, I paid extra money for these to arrive early, they arrived late. Furthermore, when they did arrive, both were completely melted. I had to end up throwing both packages away (without even tasting the candy) because the candies were melted into one big blob and stuck to the inside of the package. I tried putting them in the freezer, as soon as I took them out the mailbox, but that didn’t help.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with your recent order. It’s understandable how frustrating it must be to receive melted candies despite paying for expedited shipping. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please know that we strive to ensure all orders arrive in perfect condition. We’d like to make this right for you. Could you please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details? We’ll work on resolving this issue and ensuring your future orders arrive in pristine condition.
