They need to look into a carrier other than USPS. They miss-handled my package delivering it to the wrong post office and then states that it was delivered yesterday but I never received it. So it’s not exactly the companies fault but it’s a no for me because of it. Update it arrived after calling usps!

We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the inconvenience caused by the shipping carrier. At Exotic Snacks, we strive to provide reliable shipping options, including USPS and UPS, to accommodate our customers’ preferences. It’s important to note that once a carrier is selected at checkout, we adhere to their delivery processes. Regarding your specific situation, it appears there may have been a misplacement by USPS, and we understand your frustration. Please know that we do not control the operations of USPS or any carrier, but we are here to assist. Unfortunately, we did not receive any prior communication from you regarding this issue. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details so we can further investigate and assist you promptly. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure your next experience with us is smooth and enjoyable. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Thank you for your feedback and the 4-star review! We’re glad you were satisfied with your purchase and the quick shipping. We apologize for the flat chip bags and damaged box. Due to the fragile nature of chips, some minor mishandling during shipping can cause this issue. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you again!
