While the quality of your product is quite similar and substantially cheaper than a competitor I used for an exact same prescription, it took WAY longer to get my glasses. I was also told some inaccurate information over the phone when I went to check the status of my order. That being said, I will definitely continue to use your service - the wait is worth the savings.

I've been getting my glasses from Eyeglassdirect for over 10 years. I've settled on two frame styles. I've ordered these same frames several times. They fit right out of the box without adjustment. The prescriptions are accurate. The prices can't be beat. My only complaint and the reason I'm giving 4 rather than 5 stars is that one of the pairs of glasses in my recent order has a bad chemical odor (like an adhesive) coming the nose pads. I know that this will eventually dissipate, but until then it's quite unpleasant.

The new lenses are good, but was hoping that Eyeglassdirect would also replace the screws clamping the frame together around the lenses and holding them in the frame. One screw on my frames keeps coming loose.

Tremendous value, especially if you buy a second pair, as I did, getting a nice pair of sunglasses for about $80. My primary pair, super light-weight titanium, bifocals, Varilux, were about one third of what my optician had quoted me. I feel a bit stingy about not giving them 5 stars but there were a couple of disappointments. Firstly larger lens sizes are not available. I would have ordered a larger lens if it had been available. Secondly I need longer than usual sides and when requested over the phone was told in unspecific terms that the sides would be longer, but they came with just the flimsy plastic cushion at the end extended beyond the metal in an unsatisfactorily way. They are not long enough to hook around my ears so if I look down they are liable to fall off my face. Another matter that really is not their fault is that Varilux does not work in most cars since it darkens when exposed to UV rays and most cars have UV screening on their windows and windshield. They would do well to mention this under their Varilux offering. Delivery was fast and so all in all I was pleased and would recommend them.

I've been using Eyeglassdirect for several years to order eyeglasses, the eyeglasses are excellent quality at very reasonable prices, the order is usually received back within a week to a week and a half. I'm confident that if I omit some information the OWNER sometimes CALLS for it!! I'm about to place another order for sunglasses.

I have bought several pairs of glasses. Everything has been fine except the hinge screws fell out of two pairs allowing the lens to fall out.
