Hi - just to clarify some of the issues - I ordered some glasses a couple of months ago - they were posted but took about 6 weeks to arrive - largely (I think) due to covid restrictions here in NZ. At about 4 weeks, I enquired about them and they asked me to be patient and refunded 20% of the purchase price. They arrived about 10 days later. Just be patient people - these are such good value

Allow 2 weeks for delivery. Ordered 28th May. Received 8th June. These take longer than other sites, but this is the second lot I have ordered from eyekeeper because the quality is better than you can buy in UK shops for a far lower price. My wife says they look like Ronnie Barker's. So its a goodnight from me....

I received my glasses in a fairly timely manner, but the strength was not as strong as the same strength I currently use. I placed a negative review and within a week, I was offered a full reimbursement or a new strength order. I chose the new strength and am very satisfied.
