I waited weeks for the product to turn up which then turns out to be the MOST uncomfortable pair of safety goggles ever made, the quality is rubbish and then the refund policy requires mailing them back to the USA. This company is a total con, avoid like the plague. Strange isn't it how the reviews are basically 5/5 or 1/5 I suspect the 1/5 are completely false

After weeks waiting they say they delivered a package on the 24/12/22 no package was delivered and no proof of delivery

I ordered standard reading glasses over 2 weeks ago and I still have not received them. I reached out to them and they expect it to be another week to 10 days. I could see if I needed a script but they are standard readers. I would not shop here again.

Received my order of Transition Photochromic Reading Glasses today ( ordered 6th Sept) . Really pleased with them until I put them on and really disappointed to find that both the lenses were defective . The magnification is not consistent across the diameter of the lens giving the sensation to the wearer of being in a fishbowl . This is clearly a manufacturing error and disappointed. Trying to return for a refund but no response as yet to that request via their website but early days yet I guess...

The spectacle lenses are horrible. I see double and get an instant headache while using the glasses.

I purchased a pair of their reading glasses. The lenses were distorted in the corners, and this made me a bit dizzy. Thus, I could not stand to wear them. As they only cost $18.99 plus tax I didn't bother to return them, however, I just tossed them aside. They were useless to me. I then got an email from the company letting me know that I may review my purchase which I did. Honestly wrote that they made me dizzy. To my surprise, someone from their company emailed me regarding my review. She offered me a discount for another purchase which I declined since I did not care for the quality. I thought that would be the end. But no I received yet another message from the same person asking what my diopter measurement has been in the past and basically sounding doubtful that their glasses caused me to become dizzy. I refused to reply because I found this person to be harassing me for writing a negative but honest review of their product! Therefore, I would never recommend anyone else to deal with this company due to the harassment should one post a negative review of their glasses.
