When I thought I had not yet received the glasses after a couple of weeks (they were in the mailbox, silly me), I answered an e-mail I had been sent, and asked why I hadn't received them. I received and immediate, and very polite response, saying it showed they had been sent. I appreciated the quick response, and the polite, courteous attitude.

Really impressed with customer service. I ordered a pack of 5 reading glasses, they are so good I recommended them to my husband. I put in his order and later that day I received a message checking I had put in the correct prescription as it was different to my first order. Really impressed with glasses and service.

Good quality lenses and frames. Great to have 10 pairs lying around the house if your like me and can never find them. If you sit on a pair of $6 glasses you don’t beat yourself up and I bust pairs regularly. Optically very good no complaints.
