The interface was very easy to use. The only negative thing was the shock factor of adding the lenses after seeing the price on the frames. I looked for frames withing my alotted budget, then got to the frames and was over my number. So I had to reselect frames to come in under that number. It may be helpful do what Men's Wearhouse does in their catalog where they have a "From" and "To" price. This lets you know that you may not end up going with the base model indicated by the first number.

I did get correct eyeware after having some issues with understanding what was deliverd. My original call to Eyelation Customer Service did cause an issue in my understanding as to what frames were allowed on my work site. A big Thank You to Jackie J at eyelation for helping me understand the confusing work site information. Jackie took the time to help me get the correct product. Thank you Jackie. Xcel Energy could provide more detailed work site information to provide clarity about the Eyelation program.
