I didn’t even get a chance to find out how rubbish this “indestructible” dog toy is - it was sent to the wrong address, as shown on their tracking website, but they just keep replying (6 times now, I’m not giving up!) that it was delivered and for me to take it up with the post office (actually Royal Mail). RM won’t talk to me but refer me back to the sender. All in all, a complete sh**show. Avoid

Bear was destroyed within 10 mins and now they are refusing to refund me. Absolutely disgusting and I will be taken legal action if anyone else wants to join me with this

Ordered the indestructible bear before Christmas, arrived 3 days ago. The bear is a load of rubbish lasted 5 mins before my dog had destroyed it. Contacted them and they offered me £3.00 refund. DO NOT BUY THIS BEAR FROM THEM.

Misleading advertising. Rubbish quality. The indestructible dog toy was ripped in 5 minutes. They offered me £2 when I spent £20 & stated my Miniature Schnauzer’s teeth are too sharp. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Would give zero if I could…. Brought indestructible dog…. After a couple of months it never arrived …. Tried emailing but just kept being told the package had been delivered and to contact post office …. Tracking numbers sent by company were not compatible with our post office tracking!!…. Total scam … do not buy from here

So ordered about 2 weeks bedore Christmas and tracked via their tracking site sent via email. Strange as it looked liked it was originating in USA and showed slow progress through there to USA customs. I kept checking over teh xmas period and then it 'landed' in UK and cleared customs at the start of January. Then heard nothing. I got a message a couple of days ago saying it was delivered! No show! I looked again on the tracking sent with that delivery email and it now says the origin was China and no mention of USA on that tracking!!! So I wrote to them, they replied quickly and told me to check with my neighbours or local post office! Shoddy customer service and really disappointed. Taught me a lesson NEVER buy from Facebook adverts again.

Only 1 star because I have to give something to write a review. Avoid this scammy company at all costs. Ordered the dog toy early December, tracking information showed it in the states, northern Ireland, then my town. 6 weeks later, still no order. Contacted them when the tracking information said it had been delivered to say, no delivery. I was asked to check with the Post Office, which I did, the tracking reference wasn't recognised, checked with my postman (parcels are few and far between) and nothing. I was then advised to check with my neighbours, all 70 of them! Unbelievable! Then they asked me to check surveillance videos. I'm not sure where their base is that this is standard, but I don't have surveillance videos. Explained that my contract was with them and not the courier and they must do some diligence, but they refused saying it had been delivered but can't tell me to who. Scam, scam, scam.

I would give less than a star! Ordered an indestructible dog toy which took a month to arrive. Once it arrived, my dog destroyed it within 10 minutes. I sent a photo and video to Fabluarant who replied with an offer of a £2 refund. When I rejected this and said I wanted a full refund as the item was not as described, I was told I would have to return the item to China to get the refund. This is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
